Chris Jordan

Chris joined Lee Property in 1996 and he is a fellow of the Australian Property Institute. He has had a long career as a Property valuer and commenced his valuation work in 1970 as a cadet with State Rivers and Water Commission in Victoria. He worked on projects across Victoria including the Blue Rock Dam in Gippsland. He later joined King and Heath valuing properties in Gippsland from Pakenham to Mallacoota and south eastern Victoria.

Chris’ work with Lee Property includes extensive work in Sale to the NSW border for residential, rural, commercial and retail valuations. He is experienced with prestige and estate homes in the sea change and rural lifestyle sectors. He has a broad skill set in compensation assessments including Vic Roads, Victorian water desalination project, gas and water supply pipeline acquisitions.

Chris has been involved with a number of committees for Government and the API.
