Lee Property provides daily valuation service coverage over a geographic area of some 50,500 square kilometres.

Our current area of operation extends from the outer Melbourne metropolitan area of Hallam in the west, to the New South Wales/Victorian border in the east.  This is a lateral distance of some 480 kilometres along the Princes Highway (A1), or a driving distance of 6 hours.

This is facilitated by our existing office network and via the strategic positioning of our Valuers and support staff. Importantly we have at least one full time Valuer permanently positioned in each office location giving Lee Property’s Valuers the ability to maintain a highly detailed and current working knowledge of the specific nuances of the local markets.

We have purposefully located our Valuers strategically within the major regional locations and focused our sole attention to be the most experienced, efficient, qualified, and competent advisors to these regions.

The Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley regions are very diverse and are difficult geographic areas to service relative to industry standards.
